User Guide
Welcome to VoiceQSO, voice-to-log for ham radio. This guide walks you through logging contacts with your voice, reviewing and editing your sessions, and getting your logs into the tools you already use.
New here? The Quick start takes you from installing the app to your first voice-logged contact, with 50 free QSOs to try it on.
What you can do
- Organize by session. Every contact lives in a session: a contest, an activation, or an evening at the radio.
- Log hands-free. Speak a contact and VoiceQSO turns it into a structured log entry (callsign, signal report, and more) with no typing required.
- Activate parks and summits. POTA and SOTA references near you are found and tagged to your session automatically.
- Operate off-grid. No coverage on the summit? Record the whole activation offline and sync it when you're back in range.
- Take your logs anywhere. Export to ADIF or Cabrillo, or sync live to QRZ.com and self-hosted Wavelog.
- Manage from a browser. A companion web app at app.voiceqso.com makes reviewing logs and setting up integrations easy on a big screen.
