Discord is the best place to get help. It's where the VoiceQSO community and the team hang out, so questions usually get answered quickly, and you can search past conversations or pick up tips from other operators.

Whichever way you reach out, a few details get you a faster answer:
- Your callsign and whether you're on the mobile app or the web app.
- What you were doing when it happened, and what you expected instead.
- The session or QSO involved, if it's about a specific contact.
- A screenshot, if something looks wrong on screen.
